Butter Base:
- 100 g butter at room temperature
- ½ tsp sea salt
Fresh mint butter
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Horseradish butter
- 30 g fresh horseradish, grated
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Olive butter
- 10 olives, pitted and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tsp of the juice
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Chili butter
- ½ red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ black pepper
Garlic butter
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, sliced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Recipe:
1. Stir together butter and salt. Prepare the base.
2. Add the flavor of your choice and mix it.
3. Let the butter sit in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
